During this process our Merchandising Specialists will help determine your need, find the best source for production, establish a measurable timeline for production, and keep you up to date on the status of your order.

2) Purchasing: We don't own our production facilities which keep us searching for the most cost-effective producers. All products, consumer or industrial, fall into three main manufacturing categories:
New Items with ToolingTake your unique products and have them manufactured to your specifications.Over the course of 9 months, the process will include:
· Product and supplier Identification
· Creation of functional samples
· Order Processing
· Quality Assurance review
· Shipping of Final Product
New items without toolingThis 6 month process includes all of the same processes without the added complexity of tooling.Over the course of 6 months, the process will include:
· Product and supplier Identification
· Creation of functional samples (shorter schedule without tooling)

· Shipping of Final Product
Re-Order ItemWe also have an efficient 3 month process appropriate for reordering items.

3) Quality Control: Once production begins, we follow strict guidelines to make certain products are manufactured according to specifications. All shipments must pass a final quality assurance check conducted by our staff inspectors prior to being released for shipment. During this comprehensive process our checkpoints include:
Definition of Inspection Criteria
1. Customer provided specifications
2. Customer approved samples
3. General and specific inspection criteria
4. Definition of Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL)
Inspection Frequency
In-line inspection of new products
Final quality inspection upon order completion
Classification of Defects
Categorization according to severity
Preparation of the Defect Classification Report if necessary
Approval by our customer on the Report and associated action plan
Sampling Method
Quantities drawn at random from completed production
Application of internationally accepted Standard Sampling Method
Re-inspection if necessary

4) Shipping: Our tactical services include shipping, payment, and administration. We will coordinate shipments and logistics from the factory to its delivery destination. In our final phase, we facilitate payment and outstanding administrative needs.

2% (This for the amount up to USD2000.00, if lower, will get back to the basic USD2000.00)
