Aigo MP5 p881 to Make a Mammoth Splash Soon

Following the announcement of its McLaren Mercedes sponsorship, Aigo is not about to loose sight of what really matters to consumers: great products. Announced at CeBit, the Aigo MP5 p881 has a luscious 4.3-inch 720 x 480 pixel 16M color screen with 16:9 aspect ratio (the same as high-def TV). It is powered by a Freescale ARM11 processor and is available at 40/60/80/100/120/160GB. For video, it plays Real RM/RMVB, WMV, AVI (DivX 3.11/4.x/5.1/5.2 and Xvid), H.263, DAT, MPEG, ASF and for audio, it plays MP3, WMA, WAV. Also supported are JPEG, BMP, GIF, png, TXT and flash (SWF). At 124 x 76 x 28mm and weighting 180g, this is a serious player indeed. Battery life is 4 hours of playing video and 16 hours of music playing. No word as to how much it costs.
